Fuel Injection System
The way the gasoline you put into your vehicle gets into the firing chambers of the engine is that it is squirted in under pressure by a device called a fuel injector. Over time these injectors can get dirt and grime building up that can start to clog them. When that happens, less fuel gets to that firing chamber so it does not fire like it should. Your engine then is operating with one less firing chamber resulting in a loss of power, not great acceleration, and lots of vibration. To prevent this from happening, we can do a periodic Fuel Injector Service.
We inspect the entire fuel system including the fuel pump, the pressure hoses. Clean all the ports and passages where both the fuel and the air pass through. Clean and de-carbon the assemblies. Clean or replace the fuel injectors. And reset the onboard computer.
